Great hotel

Nice hotel, everything you need for breakfast and close to centre. Rooms were clean and staff were very friendly.

Beds were hard but got used to them.

Hotel is nice at perfect location

hotel is at a perfect location at the very center of the city within walking distance to all main amenities

Despite they promised I would get a room on higher floors, when I got the keys, they told me I need to wait an hour more, what I refused so I have got a room on the third floor.

Good valur for money and comfortable stay

Hotel is within district1 ideal to walk to main streets, Vincom shopping centre, Bui Vien street and all major attractions Ho Chi Minh city has to offer. Hotel is within district 1 do tour buses also pick you and drop at hotel. Breakfast is good with variety of choices. Hotel also provided complimentary fruits snd afternoon tea vouchers. I will definitely stay here again whenever i visit this beautiful city.

Only thing i did't like here is lack of halal food/ meat choices. Also there was no option to take egg or omlette as chef uses same cooking pan for bacon. Should add a sign for people to be able to cook eggs separately.

Customer service was amazing, room was comfortable, laundry service was exceptional, location was convenient and ideal

The pool wasn't as clean as expected, and looked a lot bigger in the photos online. Everything else was fine.

Good but not as good as it should have been for a four star hotel.

Location, varied breakfast, staff, cleanliness

Pool area is the only area that lets down the hotel. It’s really a plunge pool and looked neglected. The room is advertised to have a city view; that’s a massive stretch of anyone’s imagination.

Very nice hotel in a great location with a lovely breakfast. The family suite was spacious. Nice rooftop pool.

The breakfast had a great selection with an egg station as well. The staff were very welcoming and attentive and easy to communicate with. The pool was a great way to cool off in the city. The location was excellent.

The beds were on the firm side but staff happily put a mattress topper on. The pool was smaller than it looks in the pictures but it didn't stop us being in there.

Very Good

Great solid hotel, the location was good, rooms were clean and comfy, small but maintained outdoor pool on the top floor, buffet breakfast had a good selection of food, including a vegetarian section and egg cooking station (we did inform the hotel ahead that we were vegetarian, so not sure if the vego section is standard or special). The staff are friendly and very helpful. A huge plus about this hotel is they allow you to take a shower in their pool changeroom even after you have checked out (or before your room is ready for check in). We had a late flight and had done a tour of Cu Chi tunnels (so we were dirty and sweaty) and being able to clean up before our flight was amazing.

The only small thing was the bathroom is separated by see through glass with blinds to cover up from the outside. I was travelling with family and so this was a little funny

it was nice budget stay

quite close to opera house, harldy five minute walking distance from main attaraction of District 1 and saigon city, Room is neat and clean, Being a vegetarian Breakfast is not suitable , need to add some food for Vegetarian Guest, Staff is very friendly speacialy Male staff on reception and at Gate also

Need to add more vegetarian food in breakfast, Also need a travel desk seperately for guest who come for explore vietnam because during my stay i have to ask all my sight seen and other information to reception staff only

Short break to Saigon

Hotel staff allow early check in at 11am, very accommodating and friendly. Buffet breakfast provided with decent spread.

Full helpful service.Everything that we wanted was delivered.Planed a tour for us as we were unsure how to go about it.Breakfast is fantastic.Housekeeping always great.

I have to be honest if i found something wrong i would be making it up.This may sound a little far fetched but it really is a great place to stay.
